Android Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define and deliver features

Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices

Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications

Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth

Stay up to date with Android platform updates and emerging technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

7–9 years of experience in Android application development

Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java

Hands-on experience with Android SDK, Jetpack components, and Material Design

Experience with MVVM / MVP / Clean Architecture

Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations

Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and background services

Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

Understanding of app performance optimization and memory management

Experience with Play Store deployment and release management

Nice to Have

Experience with Jetpack Compose

Knowledge of unit testing and UI testing (JUnit, Espresso)

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines

Experience with modularization and scalable app architecture

Prior experience in mentoring or leading teams
