We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our growing data team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures. You will work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
• Develop and optimize data architectures and data models
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytics and reporting needs
• Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows
• Implement performance improvements and automation
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in Data Engineering
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Experience with Python / Scala / Java
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data pipeline frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
