Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and managing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns

Help with audience research, ad creatives, and copywriting

Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPC, leads, conversions)

Support A/B testing of ads and audiences

Prepare basic performance reports

Learn Meta Ads Manager, pixels, and conversion tracking

Stay updated with social media advertising trends

Requirements

Basic understanding of Facebook & Instagram ads (certification is a plus)

Interest in digital marketing and performance advertising

Good analytical and communication skills

Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets

Marketing, business, or related education preferred
