🔎 About the Role
Adobe is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead data-driven digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns, optimizing marketing funnels, and driving measurable ROI across digital channels.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, etc.)
• Manage multi-million-dollar campaign budgets and optimize for ROI
• Lead campaign planning, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
• Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with content, product, analytics, and creative teams
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
✅ Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools
• Experience with marketing automation & attribution models
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
🌟 Preferred Skills
• Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud / Adobe Analytics
• Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and full-funnel marketing strategy
• Experience managing global campaigns
