🔍 Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Analyst to support HR operations by analyzing workforce data, improving processes, and driving data-driven decision-making.
📊 Key Responsibilities:
Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, and hiring trends
Prepare dashboards and reports using Excel / Power BI
Support payroll, attendance, and HR operations
Work on HRMS data management and reporting
Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality
🛠️ Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Dashboard)
Experience with HRMS / Workday / SAP HR
Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting
Good understanding of payroll & statutory compliance (PF, ESIC)
Strong analytical and communication skills
