Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team in Noida. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for niche technology positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and successful onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for niche and specialized technology roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, Boolean search, and X-ray search.
Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills and experience.
Screen and evaluate candidates for technical fit, experience, and cultural alignment.
Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
Prepare and monitor recruitment metrics, MIS reports, and hiring performance reports.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.
Candidate Profile
3–6 years of experience in Technical Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates for niche or specialized technology roles.
Strong knowledge of recruitment channels and sourcing techniques.
Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Target-driven approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
