📌 Role: Technical Recruitment Intern
📍 Work Mode: Initially WFH | Later Noida
🎓 Preferred Background: B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA/B.Sc. IT/Computer Science or related technical background
Key Responsibilities: • Source and screen candidates for technical/IT roles
• Understand technical requirements and identify suitable profiles
• Conduct initial candidate screening
• Coordinate technical interviews
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Support the end-to-end technical recruitment process

Upon successful completion of the internship, the candidate may be considered for a full-time, on-roll position as a Technical Recruiter, subject to performance evaluation, business requirements, and overall contribution during the internship.
